Groups - Holiday Motel & RV Resort in Hope, BC

With reunions and large groups we will always, and most assuredly do, keep everyone together when possible. We insist that individuals make their own accommodation reservations, in order that we may best match their needs to rooms. A credit card is required to make the booking and the first night’s accommodation is prepaid. Cancellation and any changes to length of stay etc, is 5 days prior to your reserved dates or you will remain responsible for full payment. We encourage you to provide an email address so we may attempt to confirm individuals' rooms and dates of arrival and departure. Please inform your guests of our policy and information we require upon their booking, or refer them to our webpage.

We can block off intended weekends. A non-refundable reservation fee of $100 is required, along with information for a contact person, their mailing address and their valid credit card number. A Group Reservation Form is available that allow you to check off services or rentals required, with a prepayment of those items and the dates of your event. The person supplying the credit card information also takes responsibility for the group, if anything unforeseen might happen. The form is required along with prepayment of rentals to confirm your reservation.

Equipment:

Firewood is supplied free of charge, however it is a limited amount for one group fire per day. Firewood is not supplied for individual guest fires in the RV area.

Each shelter fits 26 people seated comfortably, consisting of 3 tables and chairs. If it isn’t raining for your event then there is no problem, we can set up for 60 comfortably. There is an existing shelter at the pool BBQ area that fits an additional 16 people and is always up for everyone's use. There is also individual patio tables scattered in the pool area for everyone’s use.
